Well not much to report on this last one.
A handful of yellowtails on some stops. Sadly plenty of slow stops too. Spent more time than I would like driving around trying to find something to work with. The Gulfstream was up on the reef from southwest of the islands all the way to the Marquesas’s. The back flow from the stream also made a smaller box to try to fish in. Weather overall was ok but we did get a few spikes of wind.
The charter this week is a no go. So our next trip in next weekend. Hopefully conditions change. Plenty to do this week. Our annual haul out is next week. Might be best to keep my head stuck in the bilge this week. Don’t like to dwell about slow trips.
