Well the port engine block is toast. Where the cylinder liners seal with o rings is showing signs of pitting.
It does have some life left but I’m not gonna chance it. So add a new block to the cost of the job.
This is the reason why you pull the engines out of the boat. Had we done a inframe rebuild we would have wasted time and money. The engine would have had to come out anyway.
We find out about the starboard engine tomorrow. I can’t wait.
