My apologies for being tardy with reports. Time flies when were fishing this time of year. Sometimes it is hard to keep up. Anyway here goes.
Over trips are steady. Good bites and bad but overall we seem to make it work. Tortugas bite is better but still a little slow for my liking. Pulley Ridge plugs away and at the end quality fish make it into the totes. I have said it a million times before but this statement still rings true. Fish hard, fish smart and pay attention. Do that and the cooler will fill.
I am happy to report my ice house is up and running. I could not be happier. The convience and piece of mind make Greg happy guy. We took out 2500 pounds this evening. Still another 2500 pounds left over. Here are some pictures of the transition-
All we need to to is run some lighting inside the box and give it a coat of paint. Easy projects for another day.
Back out tonight for a 3 day trip. Hoping the bite is good. It normally ticks right after a low pressure. Weather looks good.
